I have being hurt and betrayed by his friendship wasn't genuinely . I m not sure if i should keep it or I return it to him....

It was your birthday gift to you. If you dont keep it, give it to someone who will love it, like someone who is underpriveliged. Even though it is negative to you, it may be the best thing that someone else receives.
If you love it though, keep it! Its your gift to you!

No - keep it. Returning it won't change anything and he gave it to you as a gift. If he was not genuine and you don't want to keep it for hurt feelings - then give it away to someone who would like it.
I suspect that if you return it to him he wouldn't even get why - so don't waste your time.

I think you should just keep it and when the chance comes by, maybe sell it off at a flea market for a few cents, cause that was most probably what your friendship was worth to him if he treated you that way!
