well i'm 12 years old going on 13 in march so im growing and figure i need to take care of myself so many situps and pushups should i do everynight to keep healthy and lose some of the fat on my stomach (124 pounds total) also they have really bad food choices at school and it's kindof hard to eat right when there is pizza, donuts, cookies, burritos and junk like that how many days do u suppose i could buy at school and bring lunch to schoolto keep a good figure. anyother excersises would be great to! thanks alot
