well i'm 12 years old going on 13 in march so im growing and figure i need to take care of myself so many situps and pushups should i do everynight to keep healthy and lose some of the fat on my stomach (124 pounds total) also they have really bad food choices at school and it's kindof hard to eat right when there is pizza, donuts, cookies, burritos and junk like that how many days do u suppose i could buy at school and bring lunch to schoolto keep a good figure. anyother excersises would be great to! thanks alot

Doing situps and pushups are not going to help you much the best would be to do yoga. Do the following yogic exercises in the order given and you will see the remarkable change in you..

1. Arathamathesendrasan (reduces the folds on the side)
2. bhujangasan ( reduces the fat & creases on the back)
3. halasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
4. dhanurasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
5. sarvangasan ( controls the whole body to perfection)
6. mathsyasan ( increases the chest & reduces the stomach)
7. nauli kriya ( the best for stomach)
8. mayurasan ( very difficult but best for the belly )
9. bhastrika pranayanam ( breathing exercise, very best and must as this controls BP, prevent lung diseases, increases the brain power, will never get cough or cold and controls your anger and other violent emotions, brings in crimson complextion to the face etc,etc)
10. sevasan. ( This is the last exercise and this removes all the stress and strain of all the above exercises )

I usually do around 120+ pushups a day, and a little ab work and still have a six (almost eight) pack. You really shouldn't stress too much, just stay active and you will have good fitness and physique. Try doing squats as well, since it works many muscles as well as shoulder presses.

well for one work out go to a gym and if you cant then do about 50-70 crunchs and30-50 pushups a day take your luch to school dont eat there stay away from bread and italian food or any with alot of calories and carbs

eat school lunch 2 days a week tops. and try doing 20 of each ,each night before you go to bed, also walking 20 mins a week is a good way to stay in shape. good luck and i hope i helped.

pack a healthy lunch my eight yr old knows what that consists of so ther ya go go play outside play any sport get out from in front this computer and playstations

i think u must exercise every day 20 until 30 and you can see the result
