12 egg whites, 1 slice of whole wheat toast

Snack:

Protein shake

Lunch:

Tuna over a salad with 2 tsp of low fat italian dressing

Snack:

Celery with peanut butter (1 tbsp)

Dinner:

Chicken breast with broccoli, carrots and brown rice

1 piece rindless bacon
1 slice white bread (no crust) with olive oil spread

Snack: sml handful low carb mixed nuts

Lunch: chicken laksa

Snack: 1/4 of a 1/4 of watermelon

Dinner - will be what i should of had at lunch: small tin tuna
tomato
leb. cucumber

Breakfast: a fruit smoothie; Lunch: a tuna wrap; Dinner:... well, another tuna salad wrap, but with more veggies in it (cheated with a small amount of 'sun chips' (boring huh!?) & lots of water with 'propel' drink mix in it. :-) Happy Hunting! & Happy New Year!! breakfast - a few bites of a soft pretzel and a strawberry chocolate bun

snack - a hershey's kiss

lunch - a few bits of a burrito, a small sandwich with boysenberry jam, a few bites of a muffin, a few chips, half a carrot, a few apple slices

snack - yogurt and two spoonfuls of ice cream, and extra diluted juice

dinner - a few bites of spinach, half a red bean bun, a few bites of a peanut butter bun, a few corn nuts, a few chocolate chips, grilled salmon, and three M&Ms

im on a seafood diet i see food and eat it eat what ya want and do something afterwards take a long long long walk at least a block

Egg salad (mostly whites & light mayo) cocktail shrimp, and some Merlot. I know....Not exactly healthy.

i had subway all day. i work there though and its impossible to stall away from cheese and southwest sause. i was pretty good today though

black coffee for breakfast
turkey sandwitch for lunch
a venison burger for dinner-broccilli
snacks like half a bag of chips,and 3 beers oopsss!!!!!!
