Probably better to print it in the newspaper with the funeral notice.
You can also set up a Paypal account at www.paypal.com and use a link to send it by email to people you know, and who the family knows. That way, it goes directy to the people who are most likely to help.
And, frankly, why don't you cremate your cousin? It's a lot less expensive than a funeral, and doesn't waste the earth's resources.
