It is not a digital SLR. It is considered "SLR-like," in that it LOOKS like an SLR, but the lens is not interchangeable and it does not have a true optical viewfinder. The image is electronically re-created for the viewfinder. The sensor is the same size as the "better" point and shoot cameras, but that's only about 10% the size of most DSLR sensors.

The kodak p880 is not an SLR although it looks much like one. It has video capture capability which SLRs don't have.
