There are many supplements advertised as memory boosters: Ginkgo Biloba, Rosemary, Sage, Omega-3 Fish Oil, Vitamin B12, etc. While Vitamin B12 is known to boost energy (if injected--not taken by mouth) and fish has long been known as a "brain food," unless a person is suffering from age-related memory loss, he/she probably gets enough vitamins and minerals from a normal diet supplemented by a daily multi-vitamin-mineral combination. Also some people swear high doses of Valerian Root is something of a cure-all.
Although this may sound strange, many people report increased concentration and energy simply by opening a window and breathing fresh air. I read about a nursing home where the central air went off and the windows had to be opened. Once the windows were opened and the residents were breathing fresh air, both their memories and energy levels increased. Also, a newspaper office reported higher productivity among employees simply by opening the windows. Of course, these were by no means controlled studies but it makes sense. Breathing stale, recycled air cannot be a good thing for our bodies or our brains.

well, I would definitely recommend eating green food. And if you don't feel like it, you should go to the yoga studio and work out at least 40 min a day. Or if you are really desperate, you should visit the local acupuncture store and get a herbal medicine. They always work the best! although they are not tasty...
First, definitely start on herbal tea!
I hope this helped! and sorry if not...
