On a scale of 1-10. 1 being no pain and 10 being the worst pain. How much would this stunt hurt the guy? How much would it hurt the girls?

It depends on the stomach muscles of both the male and female. It also depends on the person jumping unto your stomach. In this case I would a 4 for that guy. He seemed to be okay.

2 if he's got a big chi. I have a large chi and can take anyones punch to the solar plexis if I am ready for it if not the only two times I have been put down with one blow was a sucker punch there and have been in probably 250-300 fights.
