Women are getting taller these days but so are men. I envy you your height. Once you stop growing up you will begin filling in. If you are eating properly, I wouldn't do much of anything except ask your dr how many calories you should be taking in. Its possible you aren't eating enof for your height. Don't overeat because it isn't a habit easy to break once you're used to it. PS: Hold yourself high; whatever you do don't slump.

I think that you are ok. The weight will come eventually. Just give it time. I know it hard right now because teenagers are so judgemental, but when you are older it really doesn't matter. And honestly honey, people are literally "dying" to get to your size. It's sad but it's true. Be happy with who you are and if others are not then those people are not your friends. Friends build each other up and not tear each other down. I had friends just like you in high school and in college and now they wish they could lose weight. I am 5'8" but I have always been shapely. I had the worst time trying to fit into all the cute little clothes because of my tiny waist and bulging hips. I could never find the perfect pair of jeans and still can't now. So sweetie, be content with who you are because if you are not happy with yourself you can't make anyone else happy (this includes your family, friends, and/or boyfriend)

What you define here looks to me like the indicators of anorexia. Anorexia is an exceptionally severe ailment. on the start, it would look "large" to have something which you will administration - your eating behaviours. you would be "proud" in case you be able to not consume this and that and so on... yet after a whilst, your physique won't cope with it anymore. Hair loss, amenorrhea, osteoporosis and melancholy are merely lots of the available effects. The illness can crush you, suck you into its vicious circle from the place it truly is extemely difficult to flee. weak spot, no lust for existence anymore, suicidal techniques, loneliness... Is it truly worth this? No! So truly, the terrific part of do could be to make certain a doctor, seek for expert well being earlier it truly is too late. have faith me, it truly isn't any exciting in the long-term. It destroys not in easy terms your physique, yet in addition your self, your soul...

You are a teen. Many teenagers are very thin, but they put on weight automatically as they grow older. This is because teens have a very high metabolic rate and burn calories fast. So,you should not try to put on weight, since it will be difficult for you to lose this fat later. More information could be found at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.html

Hey you aren't so abnormal. I'm 6'1" and 155, but I was even thinner at one point. In high school I was 6'1" and 125lbs.

My advice, eat lean protein! Chicken (not fried, no skin), Turkey, Fish etc...Add a protein shake to your diet if you like. GNC makes a very tasty chocolate shake.

Try drinking ensure. My mom worked in old folks home(not to compare you to an old person) as a nurse, and she would always give that to her patients that needed to gain weight. Try just eating regular, healthy meals and drinking ensure with every one.
