This is a follow up question to my outfit. So when I am at the wedding, I tend to kick off my shoes when I am dancing. This, however, tends to gross me out at the end of the night because the floors are so dirty, hence why I tend to wear hose. Should I even be doing this in the first place? I know it is not very classy and it looks horrible? How do I deal with sore feet?

Choices:

1) Keep your shoes on and endure the sore feet. I guarantee that you won't be worried about sore feet the next day.

2) Take a pair of white sox to the reception and slip them on when you take your shoes off. And, rock on....

Who cares what others think? It's your wedding reception.

If it's your wedding - do whatever you want. If you're a guest, take a pair of flats, or other comfortable shoes to dance in. If everyone else is taking off their shoes, then go for it. The faux pas is to be the only one doing it.

Easier to dance without shoes, especially if they're heeled shoes. A shower will clean your feet, and you'll probably have to throw the hose away.

If everyone else has kicked their shoes off too, no harm done.

I do the same thing as you! To heck with the dirty feet, you put your shoes on at the end of the night anyway! My philosophy is, it lets me dance longer and better, so who cares....

Bring a pair of comfortable shoes like ballet flats with you and change into them. Then you can dance all night.

wear better. bigger shoes. i HATE when women take off their shoes at weddings it is really tacky. if you pay a little more and get real leather or other natural fiber shoes they will be more comfy.
