I didn't quite have a mouthful, but I wasn't even thinking and I swallowed it. I've got a real bad stomach ache now, kind of cramping feeling. The bottle said "FMC GARGLE - DO NOT SWALLOW."

I'm such a dork. Should I just go to bed and wait for it to wear off?

Call the emergency room and ask their advice. They will tell you exactly what to do and what not to do. Im sure you will be fine but its best to ask the professionals. Dont go to bed until you do so ok?

you're nice. No issues. Peroxide isn't poison, it may only reason abdomen inflammation. surely some human beings swallow peroxide with the aid of fact they suspect it somewhat is nice for the physique. whilst i do no longer believe that, i understand that a small volume swallowed during gargling is threat loose.

You basically swallowed Hydrogen Peroxide from what I found off the internet. Call poision control centre or if you don't know the number basically dial 9-1-1.

It's less than a mouthful, you'll be fine. It'll wear off. It's the placebo affect that you're feeling now because you know you swallowed it. It's not enough to hurt you, Trust me.

Ring up your local poison center. IF you only started to have pains after digesting this product then I would go to the ER.
