Both my grandsons have spina bifida how many other cases is there Nationally and Arkansas?

BOTH OF MY DAUGHTERS BOYS AGE 1 & 5 HAVE SPINA BIFIDA (Myelomeningocele) COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME IF THERE ARE VERY MANY OTHER CASES NATIONALLY AND IN ARKANSAS THAT ANYONE KNOWS OF?
ALSO I WAS TOLD RECENTLY BY MY GRANDSON NUROLOGIST THAT THEY ARE FIND SOME CASES THAT MAY HAVE A GENETIC LINK BETWEEN THE PARENTS HAS ANYONE ELSE EVER HEARD THIS?
