-Drink diet soda, or something like Propel
-Eat low-fat snacks
-Replace icecream w/ lowfat icecream or popsicles
-Do a sport
-Use less butter and olive oil in your food, and wipe up excess grease w/ a napkin or paper towel
-Don't eat at fast food restaurants! That's the worst thing you could do
-If all else fails, calorie count. Try to eat arond 1800-2200 (less if female, more if male) calories a day, and only 30% of those calories should be calories from fat (check the labels for fat calories)

Wll if it is hard for you to get motivated to workout then I would try to find a friend that would want to workout with you. That would defiently help keep you motivated. I would try to lift weights and cardio during your training. I wouldn't go up to heave with the weights. Keep it around 15 to 20 reps. That will keep those muscle strong and tone without getting big. ( Remember that you want to lose fat and not muscle) So if you gain a pound our two during a training don't freak out becasue it will be muscle not fat weight) As far a what exercises to do, do whatever you like our that is compfortable for you. Cardio and nutrition will help you the most with losing some of that fat. With cardio I would switch it up alot. For example. Monday-Treadmill for 30 minutes. Wedsday- Go jogging near your house our at a nearby track. Friday- Run a couple of sprints. The main thing is variety when you our working out because it is easy to do the same things over and over again. Oh yeah a couple other things you can do for cardio is ride a bike and play some sports like basketball, soccer and tennis, you could even go hiking. As far as nutrition I would eat 4 or 5 small meals a day. Try to get your veggies and fruit into your diet too. Stay away from all fast food and candy. It's okay to eat some once in a while just don't eat them everyday. Most of all try to make it fun. Good luck

Walk a lot- at least half an hour a day.
Drink lots of water. NO soda (you can drop 2 pounds a week without drinking soda).
Cut down on eating out. Get brown rice, veggies, make stir fries. Eat Special K type cereals with low/no fat or soy milk.
Be active, clean around your place, vacuum. When you park places, park far away so you get more walking in (it will all add up, believe me)
Lift dummbells or something heavy to get your stomach muscles working. Do some crunches.
Avoid sweets and fried foods- limit them a LOT.

if you are not really fat, then you should be happy the way you are and if you really want to lose a few pounds, try to go out dancing with your friends or have fun and you won't anything of it. Also just by eating right will also help to.

If you're looking to lose a few vanity pound just do some exersize. If youre already doing that, lower your calorie intake and increase your activity. Don't stop eating or anything like that because it will slow down your metabolism like crazy.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
