Probably Mary and Joseph and the people with whom he grew up. Jesus was both fully God AND fully man, meaning he probably learned how to speak the same way you and I did.

because he was son of god, i think god created him with the ability to learn more quickly and react to the natural world around him. also mary and joseph took care of him like his real parents (can you imagine being joseph and knowing you didnt create that boy?) so he probably learned through the same ways we did. possibly through schooling and his parents help. too bad they didnt have leap frog like the children nowadays.
