HELP!! i need help with microsoft word!?

Question

I put in this text box at the top of the page. But I want to move it down but it wont work! The space underneath is all full. And i cant move my mouse above the box. I want to move it down one space.

Right-click on the outline of the text box.
You will get a sub-menu
Choost "format text box"
click "Layout" or "Wrapping" tab.
Make a choice. If one doesn't work, cl the undo button and try another until it does.

I went into MS Word and type in a whole bunch of mumbo-jumbo.
Then I inserted a text box and clicked above it... above as in the white space between the box and the top of the page.
Then I just pressed enter a few times to get it where it is now.
