For guys:would you ever ask a girl out for not-so-nice intentions?

I was asked out by what I consider to be a very hot guy the other day. I was by far not the prettiest in the room, which made me suspicious of his intentions...guys, would you ever ask a girl out other than the fact that you liked her? (like as a joke, or to use her in any way?) OR would you only ask out a girl if you wanted to date her and that's it. Please be honest

-to the person who inquired whatI mean by 'not-so-nice intentions' I mean for reasons that are either a. to hurt me in someway (ex. playing w. me/making a joke in front of his friends) b.) to use me for some reason- money , I don't know??

You are paranoid. For me to ask someout is a big thing which is retarded because what's the worst that can happen. So if I were to ask a girl out, it would be with every intention of dating her.

Don't panic about this. Guys disagree about women's looks all the time. If you ever get the chance to eavesdrop on a group of guys talking about the prettiest girl in the office or school, do it. We all find different girls attractive for different reasons, and others are turned off by them.

If you are worried proceed with caution, but don't be too cautious because he might find you boring or you may mix signals and confuse him (we are dumb animals). I think you watch too many Teen Date movies. Have you ever done anything to warrant such craziness? Have fun with this guy.

Sure, guys (and gals) will ask someone out for "not so nice" intentions. But why would you assume that since you think others may have been prettier that you might not have a ton of qualities that would attract him anyway.... for "nice' purposes? Perhaps this is a time to examine some self esteem issues within you.

Personaly, I would never ask out someone for any reason that has bad intent, but I'm sure there could be some who would.
As for your situation, maybe he is more attracted to your personality than to your looks? Just a thought.

I think you already know the answer. Some guys do that, some guys don't. In the end it comes to the question:

Do you trust him?

My advice, just say something like " Yeah that sounds nice but I'm busy all this week, maybe next friday?" and just talk to him a little more and base your decision on how he acts.

You'll never know if you don't try.....

Maybe for sex. But maybe he just likes you and doesn't want to deal with snobby chicks that think there sh*t don't stink. You might have a hotness to you that only he See's, a special attraction. Maybe your like the girl next door good looking or something maybe nice and sweet looking. Of course you always gotta be cautious but don't think so down on yourself.

I, personally, would never ask a girl out for any other reason than dating her. I'm not the kind of guy who would ask her out for "not-so-nice" intentions.

any man who is asking a girl out as a joke is a bigger dog than he thinks she is. if he is sincere, and his intentions entirely honorable, then it might be ok for him to ask her out. the best thing to do would be to ask her parents. the old folks eat that stuff up!!
