Grab a bagel and some fruit from the dining hall and call it good. I always like to reward myself for waking up early by having a full breakfast like eggs and bacon and such. Heres a college tip. If you have late afternoon classes in a row. After lunch get a baked potato if they have them. Don't cut it. Put it in your bag. Around 4ish when you get hungry. Take it out, get a few packets of ketcup. baby you got a giant Jo jo goin.

How about some fruit, whole wheat toast with preserve (no butter) and a glass of 2% milk. Microwaveable oatmeal cups are always good and not real expensive. I have also bought precooked sausages that microwave quickly. Essentially, get a good mix of fruit, protein & whole grains. Also, invest in a multi-vitamin of some sort if you don't take anything already.
Also, water - water - water. Stay hydrated!

I know your pain. Cheap, eggs and toast. Two slices of of wheat toast and a fried egg. Whip the egg with a little milk to make it a little more fluffy and filling. Fill a nalegen bottle with water, ice and a pack or two of zero calorie iced to mix and slip it your pack(don't pay for bottled water). eat your sandwich on the way too class and you will be good until thermodynamics at 1230.

Pop-Tarts for breakfast and ramen noodles for every other meal. Then on the days you donate plasma for cash treat yourself to a decent meal and enjoy being broke, at the same time hope that its all going to be worth it some day.

start your day with cereal and milk, to make it last for a long time, add it with your favorite fruits or fruits in season- they are normally cheap, bananas are cheap and are good for you. Also consider adding nuts such as walnuts, almonds, pecan etc' Good breakfast will last you for almost a whole day and is good to sustain you in your academic activities.
