Most likely so. Diabetes is likely only if you're also thirsty all the time and drinking a ton of fluids, but if that's the case, you should have a doctor check you out ASAP.

Caffeine intake is also a possible cause of this, as it causes increased urine output AND irritates the bladder. I had similar problems for a long time, and cutting coffee out of my diet helped tremendously. As others have said, you could also simply have a small bladder for your body size and be taking in more liquid than your bladder can hold for very long. In any case, if it really bugs you, it probably wouldn't hurt to see a doctor and try one of the "overactive bladder" meds. Otherwise, just try to drink less caffeine, more plain water, and make sure you empty your bladder beforehand whenever you're going to be away from a bathroom for awhile!

I have the same problem ... I think I'm friend with every gas station attendant in town ha ha . I was told by a doctor that what happens is that once you start peeing the pressure of the bladder is released and you bladder THINKS its empty which causes it to go back to the tightening stage ( there is a medical turn for that) .So in general you bladder never completely empties out ... soo when you drink more fluids you are adding it to a half full badder .

I noticed I had this problem too a couple years ago. After a couple trips to the doctor, he gave me some sample drugs but the frequency stopped when I lost weight in my tummy area. I guess there was too much pressure on my bladder and it had no room to hold anything? I don't know. If you've gained a couple pounds around the middle, try some ab exercises and running to get your tummy flattened and see if it helps. (Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar is great to lose fat quickly too...)

You need to consult with your physician. You could have an infection or just a small bladder. If you also drink a lot you may want to have a glucose tolerance test to see if you're diabetic.

If you find that you are also drinking a lot of water also, you might want to get checked for diabetes. Frequent urination is one of the signs of your body trying to rid the extra glucose.

that is better news than not peeing enough ,just drink a lot of water and you will have a clean body .you are exchanging water of the system ,this is always good.
although some stuff you eat may act as diuretics, like parsley

I also have a small bladder... it seems that I cannot strecht it either. Drinking more and trying to hold it just makes my pee my pants

Do you drink a lot of caffeine? I do and have a similar issue. Not sure if there is truly a correlation between caffeine and frequency of urination, but it seems to be that way in my case.
