I would get just a trim. No matter how "healthy" you think you're hair is, its always much healthier to get a small trim. It really doesnt even need to be that big, maybe a half an inch. Getting it trimmed could take down the puff and frizz if you have any, it says to make the hair grow faster(actually some say it works when you get it cut on a full moon), and those ends have been around for awhile and has went through a lot so its just good to take them off. Sometimes even if you cant see any split ends, they're still there.

If it still feels and looks healthy I see no reason to, of course, unless you want a new style. You are a lucky one, with good hair!

NOOOOOOOOO! If you've dyed it that many times, then your hair is already stressed. Please give it a good three weeks of conditioning and pampering before you chop it. Otherwise you will cause those split ends to rise up and revolt against your style!!!

I would still trim it because no matter how healthy it looks, your hair is getting damaged everytime you dye it.

None of us on Yahoo Answers can accurately answer this without seeing and feeling your hair. Go to your hairdresser and see what she says, then agree with her. She knows best, lol.
