I personally reccomend Propel water. It has nutritional value (vitamins, and some other good stuff), and it's only about 25 calories per bottle. It's also really flavorful, which is great for me because I hate water! Water's too bland. =(

Make it an easier task by saying that you'll drink a 500 ml bottle every couple of hours. Take it with you everywhere. Try drinking it room temperature. Lemon juice is also good to add to your water for a little flavor. Be careful adding alot of other stuff though, alot of time it has added sugars or artificial sweeteners

I would try those Crystal Lite packs. They make water taste pretty good, and you only need to add a little bit. If that doesn't work, just squeeze a little lemon into the water!

you could put some lemon in your water.
or even put some juice in for flavor.
any drink really, so it tastes not so plain.
just make sure most of the drink is water, and youre drinking plenty of it.
you could even dance around your house maybe to get hot, and then your body will grave a big glass of cold water with ice :]

Buy water bottles and Crystal Light on the go flavor packs. They crave any sweet tooth you may have and also it undulls drinking tons of water.
or add a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

You can try adding lemon. Not so good to me but you might like it. - You could also try those flavored waters advertised all the time. Not sure of the calorie intake but you should check it out.

I would just use a straw, that might help the water go down easier and quicker.

Just grow up and drink your water. You'll get used to it, and after a while you will crave it. Don't put anything in it. Just drink it plain.
