I have a no contact order on him so he can't come near me or our son but I have his stuff at our apartment and I know he's gonna want it and I don't really know what to do at this point!!! And knowing him, he will come crawling back with all of his promises and sorrys!! But I just don't know what to about him because what I do effects our son!!

First of all pack all his stuff. He will have to have the police come with him to pick it up but if he shows up without the police do not let him in. How many times has he hit you? Just this one time or have there been other times? Doesn't matter though, he'll do it again. He may try to tell you he's sorry and he won't ever hit you again. That's just a way to get you to take him back. If you do things might be ok for awhile but sooner or later he'll hit you again and then the whole thing starts all over again just one vicious circle. As for your son... his seeing your boyfriend hit you will have a more damaging lasting effect on him then your ending the relationship will have. Please for your sake and your son's end this relationship. I know it's hard but believe me both you and your son deserve better and you will be better off without him.

well now that he cant come near u, go to ur apartment, and bring a police officer and have him come pick up his stuff, or u can tell him he has permission to get his stuff, and u can stay with a family member or friend, after that, u can have police search the apartment.
good luck*

i am speaking from personal experience, once they hit you for the first time they will do it again.and it will only get worse as time goes by. i watched my mother go thru it for 15 years and each time he beat her worse tjan the last.she was one of the lucky ones she lived. there are alot of women that don't survive domestic violence. pack his stuff and severe all connections with him.
