Met this girl blind date, talked on phone for hours, met in person had a good time, we still talk on phone but her interest has cooled down signifigantly. she does not call me only returns calls. Problem is, I really feel strongly about her as a person and really felt a connection. Do I tell her this ? Should I just give up and not bother ?

its really a problem cause i think she is not in to you physically,
so probably she is feeling a connection , or just returning your calls cause she once considered you as a friend, but you did not meet her expectation of the man that was in her imagination
i suggest you move on, there is a woman out there who would love to go out with you, be observant, this woman you were talking about is shallow, but is just not being true to herself

Yes, tell her. But if she is not interested just leave it like that. (Because I didn't and the emotion was horrible. Plus, faith will always find someone for everyone.)
