I did not feel any need to move out of my parents house until I got married, and I felt no rush to get married, so that didn't happen until I was 30. Somehow I seem to have survived. Basically, I just never gave a flying f--- about what anybody else thought. Still don't.

The only way you would be a loser is if you let yourself be loser. You said you hold down 2 jobs, why don't you move into an apartment untill you save enough money to move to a condo. That way, you could get the feel of living on your own.

I don't think you're a loser. You are planning smart. So many people are in a rush to move out without enough money to make it and they end up moving back in with their parents anyway. So keep doing what you're doing. Save up enough money for your condo and enough for emergencies. I know it sucks working 2 jobs right now but it will all pay off at the end.
Be proud!!!! You're far from a loser... :)

Well, it all depends. If your 26, no job, not going to college, not paying rent, and mooching off your rents because it's free and easy, well...I won't say "loser", but I'd suggest getting off yer butt and doing somethign with yourself.
But if you'r elike a lot of young adults, going to college (which is expensive and often way too time consuming to allow for enough work to pay your own expenses), maybe working when you can, and living there either becuase you get on great with your parents and make them happy by being there or because you don't have any other options right now, NO, not at all.
Good luck in life, and I hope your first place rocks.

You're 26 and trying to buy a home. You're not a looser, you're smart! When some people are in their 30s and 40s are STILL paying rent and gaining no equity, you'll be comfy, warm, and secure in your condo.
If someone asks what you're doing say exactly what you just told us. "Working. Saving up to by a Condo."
What's looser-ish about that?? Nothing!

I think you will get all sorts of opinions on that from people so you should set yourself up for that. In my opinion it depends on your circumstances. If you are going to college and you can't afford your own place due to financial reasons, I see nothing wrong with living with your parents. If you are recently divorced and haven't gotten back on your feet yet there's nothing wrong with that either.
If you are just mooching on your parents because you have no motivation to do anything with your life and you have no direction then I have to say that you would be considered a loser...

Not a loser. Just someone who manages money well.
If anyone asks, just tell them "saving up to buy a condo." and then change the subject.
