I think so, but there is at least one exception I know of:
Nice girl <=> Total jerk
Nice guy <=> Undefined

I think education and social status are the common factors that determine who we date. I would go crazy if my boyfriend loved everything I do and I didn't have any of my own hobbies and interests. You can't have nothing in common, but for example, my boyfriend loves to camp and hike, but there is no way you catch me hauling my fat booty up some mountain for "fun", and I am an extreme hardcore Buffalo Sabres fangirl, while my boyfriend goes far away and hides out while I'm watching a game because I scare him when I'm in "hockey mode". We do some things together; I actually met him when he took over a Dungeons and Dragons game I was playing in from another guy, we love to go to the movies, and we're both bookworms, but the key in my mind is balance between together things and things you do apart.

yeah rich ppl married rich ppl.that is bcoz they r in the same social group of life with same interest and share the same kindda jokes.it depends on the people u mix around along ur walk of life.example: if ure a nerd then probally u only mix around with a nerd.this is becoz u feel comfortable with ur own kind.in the end u will marry a nerd.but that not always the case.. sometimes fate brought diff ppl to u like at a bustop, mall or etc.then u hve d chance to know other group n maybe u click. my oppinion is it depends of fate that r written to u. ^-^

That has got a point. We often look for partners who have the same characteristics as us; but it is not always the case. Let me present to you a new equation that I have thought of:
Smart + Introverted guy = Smart + Extroverted girl
That is possible.

I can only relate to the third one - about smart guy --> smart girl. I require intelligence and the capacity to be a critical thinker in my partners. It makes for stimulating conversations and spurs my own intellectual growth, which is important to me.

good lookin guy = hot girl
active guy = hot girl
smart guy = hot girl

I think that to some people those are true. But not everyone thinks that. I dont think that, it really shouldnt matter, as long as they really like eachother, like me for instance, im kind of preppy punkish while my boyfriend is a total video game nerd lol. Really it all depends.
