If you're running consistently, that diet should be fine if you exclude the Cheerios at 11:00 at night. I have a problem getting hungry at night too. It's important to ALWAYS eat breakfast, and it might be helpful to add an additional (healthy) snack during the day. If you do need something to eat at night make sure it's straight protein like a couple egg whites or a can of tuna fish. Not the tastiest of treats but anything else before bedtime turns right to fat when you're inactive for 8+ hours. Good luck.

well first of all, most importantly you need all 3 meals.

breakfast, being the most important, to start your day off healthy.

cereal isnt very filling, and espeially that much. maybe you could try the special k diet.
milk is also good for you. i heard somewhere if you have 3 milk products a day you lose weight (milk, yogurt, cheese)

instead of cereal maybe you could make oatmeal, its not bad for you and its a little more filling and satisfying.

i eat lean cuisins sometimes, and idk about you but those things just arent filling.
you could eat that, but maybe add to it.
add some more vegetables.

and teh cabbage soup...thats like eating nothing.
no wonder youre starving.
you should go out and look for a diet/fitness book im sure theyll have good ideas and probably even fast easy healthy recipes for good fooods

Eating several small meals throughout the day is better for you then gorging yourself on two or three. Sometimes when you think you are hungry you might just be thirsty! Try drinking a glass of water as see of your hunger subsides. I eat what I want when I want. But I spend a lot of time in the gym. The best diet in the world is to eat right and exercise regularly.

You're hungry because you're not eating enough of the right foods, hon. Just eating less food is not the key to losing weight. You can eat plenty of food, as long as it's the right kind.
Go and see a dietician, who will help you devise an eating and exercise plan that is age-appropriate, safe, effective, healthy and do-able. There's really no point doing it yourself if you don't know enough about nutrition.
