My legs are getting all shaking when I have to use them! This is the first time it happened! Help! What do I do *scared*

I sit on my computer hours a day and sometimes longer than this. I have not drank much water today. Thanks.

Sounds like you and your legs are exhausted. Do you work out alot? Do you drink enough water? Maybe you've been in one place for too long and now you're trying to walk. Give it a day or two and see what happens before you panic. That's if it's not to bad. I'm not a doctor so I would say make an appointment if it's something that is truely out of the norm.

You probably have been sitting at the monitor for hours!!! Blink your eyes, turn your neck side to side, roll your shoulders, do some ankle circles, then toe wiggles, now walk around the house for 10-15 minutes! Good Luck. Somethings "Fishy here" Maybe you are turning into a Guppy!!!! Blub Glub Glub! Ahggghhhhh!

You might have an electrolyte imbalance, or are just hungry.
Have you been sitting in one position for a long time? Or did you just engage in vigorous exercise?

don't do anything just remain perfectly calm and relaxed. spasms usually last a few minutes and cause no permanent harm.
