Start by not being so ambiguous with your questions, think to yourself how you approach a girl, how often you approach than, and were you approach them.
If you are the biggest loser on the planet you can still get a date if you just keep trying over and over and over. Don't be afraid of rejection, its only a "no" (albeit perhaps a snotty one at that) but it's not a: "Hey this guy likes me lets kill him!"
You wont die from rejection (unless its an organ from surgery) and every time you try you will learn something and get better.
A few simple rules:
1)Don't be a jerk, also don't be too nice. Both are important.
2)Speak casually, proper english is for proper situations, casual english is for casual situations. Know the difference and use the correct one.
Don't call her madam, mamn, miss, or hey lady. Try saying hello or hi.
For goodness sakes remember her name and look into her eyes not her breasts.
Also if you are in a large gathering social situation, i.e. club, than go with a few friends and have your group (or pair even) of guys talk to a group (or pair) of girls it makes both parties more comfortable. Just remember to not have two guys talk to ten girls it doesn't work too well if the odds are off by to much.

Some folks think "good men' might be boring. Most folks that are dating are looking for a little excitement, a little risk, some adventure, to escape from the boredom of the everyday routine.
so layer some excitement icing on top of that good boy cake.
Its kind of the same thing you are looking for in a lady.. basically a very good person, but one that Will occasionally surprise you with something you like a LOT.

It can be difficult yes. You need to look at what you're good at in terms of being a funny person,nice guy ect. Think about what type of person you would like to be with as well. There are plenty of online dating sites too (if you want to spend the money). Look for sites that offer social activities where hopefully you'll meet your girl. Good luck!

because girls don't want a good man, girls want a bad boy, and then eventually they grow up and start looking for a good man, but by this time they are beat down and tore up from the floor up from years of abuse and mistreatment that you really don't want to deal with them and their moving van ful of bad baggage and drama and issues.

There is one reason for your dilema and that is a word in your vocabulary: " can't"! Be friendly, and act like all the girls want you! Self confidence and show a lot of interest in someone..find a library or bookstore and go for it!
