Unless they are teeny toy breed puppies, they will benefit from raw chicken wings. I give all of my puppies raw chicken wings.
I raised puppies on a raw diet, and they did beautifully! but it was too much trouble to keep a balanced diet for them, so now I feed Canidae, which is made from all human grade ingredients. You will find it at most local pet supply shops..

There are a lot of different opinions on whether giving raw chicken/meat is bad for dogs. I do give my dogs raw chicken, beef and lamb all with bones and I have been doing so for about six years with no ill effects. Everything given to my dogs is food I would give to my own family so if the dogs get sick so would we. I did do a lot of research before taking this route and raw meat and bones are not my dogs only source of food, I also give fruits, veggies, eggs, and oatmeal. When I am lazy I just give the raw meat and bones and I feed Solid Gold holistic blends(or Canidae) it is meant to be given with a raw food diet. I have met a lot of vets that do not agree with this method but the vet I use also feeds raw and he thinks it is great. I think if you want to feed raw you should do some research first so that you understand what it take to feed raw.
Some good books on the subject are:
Raw Meaty Bones by Tom Lonsdale
Give Your Dog A Bone by Ian Billinghurst
The Holistic Guide for a Healthy Dog by Wendy Volhard and Kerry Brown DVM
Grow Your Pups With Bones by Ian Billinghurst
There are many out on the subject just look around and there are several websites about the subject.

Yes it is very good for them and high in protein! Just remove the bones and you are set to go. Just don't give your pup overly greasy chicken or he will get the runs.
You won't have to worry about salmonella as long as you didn't go kill the chicken yourself in an unsanitary enviroment. If you bought it from the store then it should be clear of things that can give a pup food poisoning. Don't make a habit of feeding them raw meats though, simply to be safe because a pup's immune system is weak at 5 weeks old.

Do not give your dog raw chicken.. it could infect them with all kinds of things just like it could infect us. Chicken (when cooked) is okay for a dog to eat, much better than red meats and actually recommended when a dog is sick.. but do not.. repeat.. DO NOT.. feed it raw!! ANIMALS IN THE WILD EAT RAW MEAT TO SURVIVE ON.. THEY ALSO CARRY DISEASE AND PARASITES..THEY ARE NOT DOMESTIC ANIMALS THAT ARE KEPT AS PETS!! If you want a healthy dog, avoid raw meats!

I used to give my dogs raw beef til my vet told me not to. She said any raw meat could still contain bacteria that could cause problems.
I know dogs eat weird things off the ground all the time, but if you have a choice, better to cook it and avoid any potential problems.
If you don't already know this, NEVER give a dog poultry bones, or cooked bones of any kind. Cooked bones are brittle and if the dog can chew them up the shards can puncture their insides. Very expensive vet bills ensue.

Yes they are carnivores but they are also domesticated animals. Small amounts of chicken (cooked) would be ok, but their primary diet should be dog food.

Do you people think wolves cook their own food?! Raw chicken is fine so long as it is not fed at the same time as kibble, as the kibble takes longer to digest and will therefore keep the raw meat in the puppy's system longer. Wings and necks are fine, uncooked bones can be crunched up, it is just cooked ones that will splinter.

NO. First of all they should never eat chicken bones, they can splinter. Chicken carries salmonella, very dangerous, to people and dogs.
