You can't, just do it from the administrator account.

I THINK you can. You would have to use command prompt if you were able to. You have to search for commands for command prompt. That would be your best option. I know one command allows you to do stuff as an admin. its like..

/runas admin

something like that.

But otherwise... you can't sorry.

restart the computer in safe mode and do it from there. Hold down F8 when computer is booting up to enter safe mode.

i dont think you can log on as adminstrater and remove it
