Nope, it contains electrolites which help your body restore water....which makes you feel better if you are working out or suffering from a hangover.

The electorlites are the thing that "gets you going" again.

I don't believe so. I just know that when you donate blood, you aren't supposed to have caffiene, but they push the Gatorade.

No it does not have caffine. Caffine is a diaretic which dehydrates and Gatorade is to be used to hydrate your body.
