I am puerto rican and black and want waves in my hair?

How long should my hair be? Can I wash it? And what about hair cuts? Finally how do I go about getting started in the first place??????

first get the length of the hair that u want and theirs stuff in the stores like wash and curl that buts wave in your hair

Brush your hair with a wave brush alot, don't let it grow too much, put on a wave cap.Your hair should be too long-like a fro but not too short-more so like a fade. You can also use Murray's Supe Light grease-it comes in an orange can. It is pretty good with helping out.
