I had a baby 6 months ago and I am trying to lose weight also. I was large before my baby, but my stomach seemed to get bigger and longer, what I have been doing is drinking ATLEAST 10 glasses of water, portioning my meals and I bought a podometor to make sure I keep moving 10,000 steps a day include the babies in your activities so that you wont have the excuse of no time in the day. Keep it fun and dont focus on it so much!I also dance to keep the stress off and to mix it up a bit. Try it!
Please dont try any wacky diet pills or some crazy fasting. The only thing that is going to work is to stay active and give your body what it needs. I hope this works for you, it is working for me. Bless you and your little one!

2. Eat small meals through out the day
3. Try to avoid eating salty food, candy, sodas, and juices with added sugar
4. Don't eat 2 hours before you go to bed
5. Keep your self busy
6. Have good self esteem, you can and you will lose weight
7. Most importantly exercise, even alittle bit helps

My partner and I don't eat anything with fructose-glucose in it. We also eat no dairy products and very little red meat. It is surprising to learn there is a lot of food you can eat that is good for you. We have both lost quite a bit of weight just by doing this. Hope this helps. Oops. We also eliminate all the fat before we cook any meat. We use only olive oil to cook anything as well. No fried foods either. Take care.
