After And before I straighten my hair I usually put this stuff called biosilk. It makes your hair silky and replenishes damged hair.
Every time you straighten your hair, you damage it. But this stuff really works. I bought a container about five inches high and it was twenty two bucks, but you only apply a dime size to shoulder length hair and longer hair you need to ask somebody who works at the salon because I don't know. This stuff works extremely well and it replenishes skin too. it is for skin and hair so go to your local bed bath and beyond place or salon(you can't find this just in the mall somewhere), and pay for it plus tax and ask for thier special offer. Say that you have never used this stuff before and they will give you a container for about a weeks use and see if you like it or not. Remember, you need a reciept and the bottle(unused) to fullt get your money back.

deep condition your hair first off, then towel dry and put on a serum, use a round brush to blow dry pulling it taut as you dry, before you flat iron spray on a light aerosol oil sheen

Use Chi silk infusion while your hair is wet and blow dry it. Then iron it.
