I caught my nephew and my son at 9 and 8 having sex??? what should i do???

That's not funny at all..
But on the highly unlikely chance that you are serious, you need to tell your nephews parents and talk to your son.
There is a good chance that some adult did stuff to them to make them do it to each other.

As a person who has been in the medical field, I find it would be a difficult thing physically at this age for these two to have successful penetration. Beyond the physical issue is the psychological issue. These two may not be having sex to have sex. They may just be very curious kids who tried something they heard about or saw on TV or in a magazine or accidentally witnessed. I would get the two sets of parents together and let them both talk with the two kids together, They are family and it should stay in the family. Things like this do happen in some families and other do not need to be in on it. So, if they are in the same place, set boundary rules and all doors open policy. The most important thing is not to make them feel grossed out or degrade them for something they are too young to understand really. They are just very young courteous kids. Good luck
and talk with them about what they may have been trying to do and why they felt they needed to do that? Then you know where they are coming from, (NO PUND INTENDED)

I would have a LONG discussion with them together and seperate and get to the bottom of it, and would explain that they aren't in trouble and tell them that it isn't right, and if it would happen again I would talk to a dr.
