OH yeah!

It builds endurance, strength, speed, coordination, AND it's relatively inexpensive.

Wear some decent crosstrainers (shoes) if you do this, however.

Thousands of boxers and martial artists can't be wrong. (;=]

Yes It Can....It increases up your endurance, strengthens your leg muscles, and helps you jump higher.
