you have a disease of the corrutial arteries in your foot. get it checked out asap! my grandfather had that and died suddenly from that after the doctors didn't taske it seriosuly. he had bad diahrrhea vommitiing migrains , sweating, blood clotting, and couldn't pronounce anything with the letter "r" in it...
i'd get it cchecked out.

poor circulation,
no matter how old you are the circulation
in the feet are very sensitive
wear wear wool socks and
keep them warm in sheep skin slippers. i wear them all year around

When your extremities are cold, your body is designed to protect the core (heart, lungs, etc.) so it means you are cold. Try putting a sweater on and beleive it or not, rubbing your tummy!

your extreamities are always colder than the rest of your body. You could be sensitive to this temperature change and just be more aware of it than most or you may have poor circulation. Lack of blood flow brings less heat.

your feet have poor circlation. I have it to. Try messaging them, it will get the going and warm them up. Hope they warm up soon!
