Start things off by asking her about herself. What she likes to do, where she likes to go. Another tip from the great Ed McMahon, "Always get your next question from the last answer." For example, if she says she likes to go to the movies, ask her what her favorite movie of all time is. If she says Pretty Woman, ask her if she's a Julia Roberts fan, etc. You get the picture. Just follow those steps and the conversation will flow naturally.

ask her questions about things she likes, let her talk and express and your job is to listen, never interup her. make her talk about her life, family, ask her about brothers and sisters and parents. ask her which one she look like the most.. and talk about what kind of fun stuff she likes to do. and if she say something you know. lets say she says she like to watch movies, you can say there a good movie in theater, I am going to and you are welcome to join me. and that will give you a date. good luck

ask questions concerning her. if she asks you anything then answer. but always act interested in her life and whats going on in it. like movies, places to go eat, different places to travel
