I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Well I would suggest next time you go to the store get rid of al those sweets and buy some fruits and veggies. There also is this stuff called crystal light that has no sugar or anything in it. You poor it into water and it makes it taste really good! That is a great way to drink water. Also you should try doing 15 push-ups, 15 Sit-ups and 15 crunches a day. That works GREAT! Good luck and don't do anytihng stupid like starveing your self!

Ok-you have to limit the sweets FOR SURE. Intensify you workouts by pushing your limits and lifting weights always increases weight loss. When you are at work at the copy machine or doing dishes-do squats, sounds weird, but it works. Also-for sure drink lots of water-certainly helps. Also-if you like to go out for happy hour-cut down on drinks, especially beer-that adds a lot of empty calories that you don't need! We got married in Sept. and all these things really helped me. There is no magic pill, just have to eat healthy (smaller portions) and exercise! Good Luck and Congratulations!!

u kno what forget all that food and diet stuff all you gotta do but realy comit to it is do as many crunches as u can during commercials or durin 3 or somting spair minutes of time but COMMIT and youl easily loose weight

Weight Watchers. If you don't want to go to meetings, you can do it online. It works because it incorporates healthy eating, exercise and food journaling. I don't care what anyone else says, Weight Watchers works.
