I got the Magic Bullet Blender for Christmas and so far have been very dissapointed. It doesn't crush ice. I only put 4 cubes in and have tried putting the ice at the bottom, middle and top and the thing just doesn't crush it. I added liquid too. Am I missing something here or does this thing just suck?

Do you have to crush the ice first?

Mine works great...like the others said, make sure you are using the right blade. Also, try putting just a little liquid into it when you crush ice.

Yes it does crush ice, I make smoothies with frozen fruit, juice, yogurt and crushed ice all the time. As someone already said, make sure you use the right blade.
Hope it works out!

i know how to make snow. hehe. it sounds wierd, but once you try it, you know it really IS like snow. fill the large cup with crushed ice, and fill the rest of the cup with water. blend, and enjoy. also, you can do the same thing, except instead of water, use fruit juices.

Sadly, it's probably not a quality product. Which is why they sell them the way that they do, so you can't check them out at the store.

I use mine as a milkshake maker all the time. If u use the correct blade, it should blow right through ice. How else would u make smoothies?
