my arm has been twitching alot today, and i couldn't think of why, any answeres out their?

well i have the same too. My eye lids sometimes twitch really bad. No one else can really see it as much but it gets really annoying and hurts my eye. sorry, im not sure how to stop it.

twitching is caused by cocaine use.... so stop the coke and you'll stop twitching......(just kidding)
seriously though...........
twitching is caused by muscles/nerves....hot tea calms nerves and muscle relaxers may help the spasms in muscles

cuz your muscles are contracting uncontrollably. i dont know why they'd be doing that. it could be your using them too much or not enuff. its a prety wide range. sory i cant tell you much else. hope i helped at least a little
