How do you know for sure? Some guys say they don't and end up doing it because they think you like the element of surprise. You need to talk to him and get answers for why he didn't get you a Christmas present. Was it understood that you guys would exchange gifts, or did you just assume?

Nothing, just do not be there when he calls or comes around!!, "you are busy" "a boy-friend" has asked you to go to dinner for a belated birthday get- together. If he is like this now, just image the neglect to your heart and feelings down the road!! Lose him!

Just relax!!! Girls take stuff like birthday and christmas gifts WAY more seriously than guys do! If it's really important, remind him the week before that you want a gift!

I think you should find someone who cares more about you.. its sounds like hes not even interested. And lack of money os no excuse. For Vday one year when my husband and I really didnt have any money, we made homemade cards.
