Been cutting for 6 months. I finally have a 6 pack, still trying to lose some bodyfat though.
I do 45-60 minute weight training 4x per week. I do 10-15 minutes of HIIT cardio (running uphill, walking down) 4-7x a week.)

Other than Thanksgiving & Christmas I have been eating very clean. Absoloutly no junk food.

I've been getting depressed with all of the food I'm missing out on & read up on cheat meals. I saw people do it once a week and when they do it they indulge, overload, eat everything in sight.
So... I did it. I ate two chocolate fudge poptarts, three small bags of Doritos, a handful of cocoa puffs, two big spoonfuls of chocolate cookie dough & fried chicken breast pieces.
Needless to say, I got sick and threw up some of it.

But it was such a psychological relief. I feel great (aside from getting sick)
I did continue my regular routine but was whipped out from all the food (10 minute HIIT, 45 minutes weight training) a few hours after I ate.

Did I just gain weight?

not at all. overfeeding can actually help to jump start the metabolism again by increasing leptin.
