It's been 2 weeks already since I broke up with him. It was my decision, but I was forced by his behaviour. Well, he called me the other night and said that it's OK with him and he doesn't want to go back, than he corrected himself he can't have relationship with me now. I want him back, I'm ready to give him as much time as he wants. I'm ready to wait and see what might happen when we see each other, let's say in a month or so. How can I tell him all that? He might think that I'm a psycho and will never let him go.

well, you've made it two weeks... that means you're on the road to moving on.
if you had to break up with him for his behavior in the first place, maybe it's not a good idea to go back with him.
i say you just move on so you don't have to deal with his crap:)
