That diet will not give you all the vitamins and nutrients your body needs. Special K has no magical qualities. You would do better with a bowl of porridge. This will keep you satisfied longer. You need protein, some fat as well as lots of fruit and veg. You all need to drink lots of water and take regular exercise. You will then see the weight drop off.

Yes, you can go on the diet, but I don't recommend it. Special K's big promise is that it's low fat. The trouble with low fat foods is that the manufacturers add sugar to enhance the taste. So, although you may be eating low fat, you'd also be eating high sugar, and that's no good. I'd recommend the Atkins diet. It's very healthy, you eat lots of veggies and salads and you can also eat chicken, steak, fish, lamb, eggs...you name the protein and you can have it. The two websites below have the best info. Whatever you decide, good luck!

Only if your name is Kenneth or Keith or Knute, or Kaden , or Kayo, or Kemp or Kent or Kimball or Kipp or Kordell .............

No seriously, Men usually need slightly more calories, that would be the only real difference.

The human body is the human body. Unless the special K diet calls for Estrogen supplements, I would think it's OK.

the Special K diet is nothing more than a marketing ploy. it is fiber and calcium that helps the users to lose weight by increasing insulin sensitivity. there are no magic ingredients in that or any processed cereal.

Sure, I would just recommend you skip the yellow polka dot bikini. Or is that Yoplait?
