When people are shy and find it easiest to communicate with one another through other means... it should already be made easier. Just be open. One day... type out something that you want to say to her in the IM window and just look away and press 'enter' - before you know it - there you go, you just told her how you feel and now she'll respond. Don't be afraid to show your feelings, if you don't take a chance and blurt it out - then there might never be a better time. You know? It's always best to 'jump on the gun' and take a chance... you might regret if you don't ever. Also, you might want to give her your number and see if she bites. You might be suprised, she might call in a random mood of courage.

dude ask her. since ur both shy she defiantly likes u. and if not take a chance. it's better than doing nothing. if talking to her just talk about phones like: bring up ur new cell phone and ask her if she'll want the number and if u could get hers, talk about a conversion on the phone( it needs to be interesting) and ask her if shed ever call u so u can have a conversion, or just be direct and ask her for it. best of luck.
