There's a girl that I'm crazy about and she knows it. Is it alright if I tell her how much I like her and give her a hug and a kiss on the cheek?

Ask her on a date and make it a fun date. Don't tell her how crazy you are about her because some girls like the challenge and uncertainty for a while. You can hug her and kiss her at the end of the date.
Just have fun and hold back the feelings flood gates until you have had a few dates with her.

It is o.k. to tell her, but do not tell her in front of her friends. Try to keep it as one on one as possible. And as for the kiss on the cheek and the hug, pay attention to her body language because you do not want to seem too pushy. If the conversation goes well, when you get ready to leave her, ask her for a hug. If she says yes, hug her and lightly kiss her on the cheek. You will get points for being a gentleman.

I'd slow down just a tad on the kiss and save that for a first date (or 2nd, 3rd) but definitely let her know how you feel...don't go overboard and scare her....you don't really know someone til you spend a lot of time with them either, so keep that in mind, but tell her you like her and want to get to know her better, and take it from there. Why don't you try getting to know her better at first. When you two become more comfortable friends then maybe you can get away with a quick hug and kiss.

don't move too fast. i think you should tell her how much you like her and see if she feels the same way but give it some time to sink in with her and marinate before you go hugging and kissing on her. she might think you are coming on too strong or she might not want you to be that open with her. she might really like it or it might gross her out and you might lessen your chances. so take it slow.

You should tell her that you like her. But I don't suggest that you kiss her because she might not feel comfortable at the time that you tell her that you like her. You can hug her because that's more appropriate

no, don't kiss or hug, it might be considered harrasment. just tell her you are interested and that you wanna invite her for lunch or a party. throw a party in your place and invite her and then you can tell her how you feel.
