Beyond telling them both that this is upsetting you, there's not much that you can do. Of course, if there is physical abuse between them, you need to call the police when they're fighting.

The commotion is loud enough that you should know what they argue about. Put yourself in both pairs of shoes and you could be an annalist of the problem. Maybe you could work it out yourself, without them knowing that you wanted to help by talking to both.

Tell them, maybe separately, how much it upsets you to see this. Find out what's going on. Can you help? And steel yourself for the worst case scenario, in this day and age, it's always a possibility.

Sit your parents down and talk to them. Let them know what you see going on.
Tell them you do not like to see this, that it hurts not only them, but you.

Pray for them and then seat down and let them know how you feel.
If there is any physical abuse, please call the police.
You are in my pray.
