There is a limit to how you talk to a girl. You want to treat her with recpect but at the same time you can flirt and such if the situation calls for it. In conclusion, I would not talk dirty to a girl because I find it a bit disrespectful.

if you have not known that girl for a while and she has not opened up to you in a dirty kind of frisky way then no it's not ok. if you see a girl on the street or are approaching a girl then don't make dirty or sexual comments. that is very disrespectful and first impressions are very important.

it's only ok, if it's ok with her....but you dont just walk up to a casual friend or some girl you just met and start talking dirty. I would thing you were a creep. But if I was in an relationship with a guy and he did it privately, I woud (do) love it.

It depends who you're talking to. If you're talking to me..........no, it's not okay.
If you treat a girl with respect.........which includes no dirty talking.........you are more likely to receive respect back. And you'll be more likely to end up with a solid relationship.
If your friend wants to talk dirty, that's is business..........but you don't have to follow his lead. Be your own man.
