im 5'6--5'7 and 110 pounds yeah im skinny so please i have 3 months to gain about 20-30 pounds..and in the right places so please wat do you think i should do please this is an emergancy!!!i dont care what i have to do jst tell me..

So what's the rush? Would you rather be a few pounds heavier or healthier? You're gonna give yourself a heart attack putting on that much weight in such a short amount of time. For a leaner (and more attractive) look, gradually add more calories (I'd say no more than 300-500 per day) of nutrionally dense foods like whole fruits, grains, and lots of protein. For the more jiggly effect, stick with fast food if you like. But I'd say if you're that skinny and you know you shouldn't be, then put the weight on the healthy way. Find a registered dietician at a local clinic and get with a personal trainer in your area for more ideas. Hope this helps!
