Don't listen to anyone who tells you that you can't do anything to grow... it's NOT true! Look, take a look at Chinese and Japanese and even Koreans who were born in the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s... and compare them with their children and grandchildren and you'll see a significant size difference of more than 12 inches! What was it? Better diet and better nutrition and more exercise. In other words, the children had better diets and nutrition than their parents and the grandchildren had still better nutrition with the introduction of milk and beef and vegetables in their diets on a regular basis. Also, the kids were encouraged to take part in sports...
What can you do to grow taller? Eat a well balanced, nutrionally balanced meal and get plenty of exercise. Drink milk, not carbonated sodas and all junk foods (and those commercial fast foods). Eat fruits, not candy. Take One-A-Day vitamins. Take natural supplements. Drink water. Do stretching exercises and muscle developing exercises and stay healthy. Exercise AND good diet/nutrition DOES INDEED affect a person's growth!
Whatever height you grow to, or however little you grow, has little to do with your character and your moral standings. Be the best person you can be and let that speak for you; I was often called, "The Tiny Titan" and "The Little Giant" because I stood up for what is right at all times... (I fought for women's rights even when it was NOT fashionable, I stood up for the rights of those picked on and fought off bullies all my life).

I've heard coffee stunts your growth, so don't drink coffee. I'm sure a hundred other things are supposed to stunt your growth, too (smoking, etc.), so do some research and don't do any of the stuff that stunts your growth. Just use a search engine-Yahoo, Google, whatever.
But, to be honest, you'll get taller naturally, regardless of what you do. It's just a question of how much taller.
I was the tallest in my class for a long while...trust me, being short can be a good thing. I always wished that I didn't always stick out in the crowds going from class to class so much. I always wished that the teachers didn't always call on me just because I stuck out so much. Enjoy being shorter for now.
