The rule of thumb is that if a girl is 5'0 she should weigh 100 pounds, for every inch taller, add five pounds 5'1 - 105, 5'2 - 110, 5'3 - 115, etc.
so in your case....130 is nice. not fat. not gaunt.

120-135. Whoever said 95 is nuts - that would look really creepy/nasty on a 5'6 tall person!

I was told the general rule of thumb is 100 lbs for 5'0, then 5 lbs for each inch over.
